"Had a house fire, most everything was ruined. Instead of helping us! All they want is receipts from when it was bought, the price paid etc etc. Have you ever tried to keep a receipt? The ink starts disappearing, and that’s all they care abt. How they can get out of paying you for your policy that you have paid premiums on. I wouldn’t recommend this company to my worst enemy. Guess if they can’t step around, and figure out an antique is an antique. That speaks volumes in my world. I am gonna contact higher ups, as well as my attorney who already is aware of the situation. Poor insurance PR."
